Deposits for touring/camping:

  • A €30.00 or £30.00 deposit is required to secure most touring and camping pitches. On arrival €30.00 is deductible from site fees. The balance is payable on arrival in cash only.
  • Deposits for touring and camping pitches are non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Deposits may be transferred to another date within the respective season, provided such a date is available.
  • Deposits are not deductible from site fees where the customer reduces the number of nights from that specified at the time of the booking.

We advise customers to purchase adequate travel insurance, prior to their trip, to cover any cancellations or amendments to their trip.

Conditions of stay at Glenross

  • Guests are welcome to check-in from 12.30 noon on their arrival date.
  • Guests must check-out by 12 noon on the day of departure.
  • No refunds will be given in the case of early departures.
  • Glenross operates a strict noise curfew on-site between 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. Management reserve the right to decline or terminate the booking of any guest(s) who are in breach of the noise curfew in Glenross.
  • The gates of the site are closed between 11 pm – 7 a.m. If a guest wishes to leave earlier than 7 am, please notify the reception the day before.
  • No traffic is permitted on site between 11 pm and 8 a.m. Guests can gain access to the site via a pathway.
  • Glenross reserves the right to terminate/decline the booking of any guest whose behaviour interferes or may interfere with the general comfort of other guests. In this event no refunds will be made.
  • While we will do our utmost to accommodate the pitch preference of customers, this is not always possible. Pitches are allocated on a first-come first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee any guest will be given a pitch of their choice.
  • In cases of group bookings, we cannot guarantee that all guests will be located beside together.
  • A guest(s) stay on Glenross does not give rise to any tenancy agreement between the customer and Glenross.

Terms & Conditions in the event of non-appearance or late arrival for touring and camping pitches:

  • Where the guest has paid a deposit prior to arrival and does not arrive on the day specified in the original booking – the deposit is forfeited.
  • Guests arriving after 9.00 pm, who have paid deposits, must inform the site of the late arrival. Failure to notify the site of a late arrival may result in the pitch being re-allocated for that night.
  • Where a guest has not paid a deposit, pitches are held until 4 p.m. If notice of late arrival is not given prior to 4.p.m the pitch will be re-allocated.

Terms and conditions of hire for mobile homes on Glenross:

  • A deposit is required to secure the booking of mobile homes on Glenross.
  • The cost of entire stay must be paid in cash only on arrival. We do not accept credit/debits cards or cheques unless otherwise agreed with management prior to the stay. Access to mobile homes is not permissible without full payment.
  • The deposit is not deductible from site fees on arrival. The deposit is kept for breakage and damage. Deposits are refunded on departure in cash, provided there is no damage to the mobile home.
  • In circumstances where there is damage to the mobile home, the cost of repair will be assessed by management. Damage includes all damage and is not limited to structural damage.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to keep the mobile home in a clean and safe manner. If the guest has a problem with the mobile home, this must be reported to management immediately.
  • The party who has made the booking will be responsible for all damage to the mobile home. In circumstances where the damage exceeds that of the deposit, the guest is liable for the entire cost of repair.
  • Guests are only permitted to bring the number of persons specified in the original booking into the mobile home, unless otherwise agreed with management. Guests are not permitted to bring additional persons. Where a guest brings additional persons, Glenross reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the booking.
  • Guests of mobile homes in Glenross must abide by the noise policy referred to above. Breach of the noise policy may result in termination of the booking
  • Check-in on the day of arrival is 4 p.m.
  • Check-out on the day of departure is 10 a.m.   Late check outs are not permissible unless already agreed with management. Guests who wish to leave early will not be refunded.
  • Guests must return the mobile home in a reasonably clean manner. In circumstances where the mobile home is deemed to be excessively dirty by management, part of the deposit may be forfeited.
  • Glenross does not provide bed sheets or towels. Should a guest wish to rent towels and sheets, this will incur a €50.00 charge.
  • A customer’s stay in a mobile home in Glenross does not give rise to a tenancy agreement between Glenross and the customer.
  • Where a guest fails to arrive on the date specified and fails to notify management – the deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation or amendment of mobile-home bookings in Glenross

  • Deposits for mobile-home bookings are refundable in the case of cancellation, provided 10 weeks written notice is given to Glenross. Where 10 weeks-notice is provided, deposits are refunded minus a €20.00 administration fee.
  • Where 10 weeks-notice is not provided full payment is required and deposits and full payment are only refunded where management can re-let the mobile home. Deposits and full payments are only refunded where management is successful in re-letting the mobile home. While we will make every effort to re-let the mobile home, it cannot be guaranteed. In such circumstances the deposit and full payment will not be refunded. Where the mobile home is re-let, deposits are refunded minus a €20.00 administration fee and full payment will also be refunded.
  • Deposits may be transferred to another week in the respective season, provided a mobile home is available on that week.
  • In the event a transfer in dates is not possible, the deposit will only be refunded (minus a €20.00 administration fee) where 10 weeks-notice is provided.

 

Visitors on Glenross:

  • Visitors are welcome on Glenross provided they report to the reception.
  • Glenross reserves the right to refuse any visitor admission. Glenross reserves the right to terminate the visit of any visitor on site.
  • Glenross does not accept any liability for visitors or their possessions.
  • No visitor may enter or remain on site the between the hours 11 p.m. – 8 a.m.

Dogs on Glenross:

  • Glenross is a dog friendly site and we welcome all dogs on site. There is no additional cost for dogs.
  • Dogs must be kept in the care and control of the owners. No dog should be left unattended at any time in Glenross.
  • The owner of the dog is responsible for the conduct and behaviour of the dog at all times on site. Glenross accepts no liability for the conduct of any animal on site.
  • Dogs must be kept on a short leash at all times.
  • Dogs may not be exercised within the grounds of the site.

Children:

  • Children must remain in the care and control of parents/guardians at all time.
  • Glenross provides a games-room for children however we do not supervise this room.
  • No child is permitted to be on the site in the absence of a parent or guardian.
  • Parents must ensure that children are not a nuisance to other guests on site.
  • Glenross does not accept any responsibility towards supervision or care of children.
  • Cycling is permissible in Glenross between 8 am – 8 pm. Parents must ensure that children are supervised while riding bikes on Glenross, since there is other traffic on site.
  • No child is permitted to ride a bike where a management deems it unsafe due to on-site traffic.
  • Parents/guardians accept responsibility for all damage which results from the actions of the child.

Care of possessions/property on site:

It is your responsibility to look after and care for your possessions and valuables. We recommend that you be comprehensively insured. In case of any loss, please contact reception in the first instance. We endeavour to ensure any lost property is returned to the owner. In cases where property must be posted back this will incur a postage charge. We do not accept any liability for loss or damage to your possessions.

All vehicle’s/caravan’s etc. are parked at owner’s risk. The management accept no liability for loss or damage while on the park or otherwise. Anyone found vandalizing or causing damage to any building, equipment or property of the park faces immediate eviction and/or prosecution.

The person who booked will be responsible for all charges for all damage/breakages/loss caused by themselves or their visitors to the site or park facilities or other customers’ property.

Data Protection
The information supplied on the booking form will be stored on computer for administrative purposes only. Under no circumstance will this information be provided to a third party.

Important Information
This agreement and any dispute between us will be governed by and construed in accordance with Irish Law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Republic of Ireland over any matter arising out of our agreement or your visit. We must both act reasonably in selecting or agreeing any jurisdiction including any forum for dispute resolution.

Should any part of our agreement be deemed by law to be void, the remainder of this agreement will, if capable, continue in full force and effect. The headings in this agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect its interpretation or construction.

Seefin Grove

Terms and conditions of hire for houses in Seefin Grove:

 

  • A deposit is required to secure the booking houses in Seefin Grove.
  • The cost of entire stay must be paid in full in cash only on arrival. We do not accept credit/debits cards or cheques unless otherwise agreed with management prior to the stay. Access to houses is not permissible without full payment.
  • The deposit is not deductible from the cost of rental for the house on arrival. The deposit is kept for breakage and damage. Deposits are refunded on departure in cash, provided there is no damage to the house.
  • In circumstances where there is damage to the house, the cost of repair will be assessed by management. Damage includes all damage and is not limited to structural damage.
  • It is the responsibility of the guest to keep the house in a clean and safe manner. If the guest has a problem with the house, this must be reported to management immediately.
  • The party who has made the booking initially will be responsible for all damage to the house. In circumstances where the damage exceeds that of the deposit, the guest is liable for the entire cost of repair

Where a guest brings additional persons, management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate the booking.
  • Guests of houses in Seefin Grove must respect other guests in the complex. Excessive noise within the complex will not be tolerated and all guests must keep noise to a minimum within the hours of 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. House parties or late-night gatherings are not allowed.
  • Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guests where their behaviour is aggressive of threatening to staff or others on the complex.
  • Check-in on the day of arrival is 4 p.m.
  • Check-out on the day of departure is 10 a.m.   Late check outs are not permissible unless already agreed with management. Persons who wish to leave early will not be refunded – save in exceptional circumstances to be determined by management.
  • Guests must return the house in a reasonably clean manner. In circumstances where the house is deemed to be excessively dirty by management, part of the deposit may be forfeited.
  • A customer’s stay in a house in Seefin Grove does not give rise to a tenancy agreement between Glenross and the customer.

Cancellation or amendment of bookings of houses in Seefin Grove

  • Deposits for houses in Seefin Grove are not refundable in the case of cancellation unless 10 weeks written notice is given. Where 10 weeks-notice is provided, deposits are refunded minus a €20.00 administration fee.
  • Where 10 weeks-notice is not provided, full payment is required and  deposits and payment are only refunded where management can re-let the house. Deposits and full payment are not refunded until management has successfully re-let the house. While we will make every effort to re-let the house , it cannot be guaranteed. In such circumstances the deposit will be refunded but full payment will not be refunded. Where the house is re-let, deposits are refunded minus a €20.00 administration fee along with full payment.
  • Deposits are transferable from the dates specified in the original booking to another week within the respective season, provided there is a house available. We cannot guarantee an amendment to dates.
