Fitted kitchen with gas cooker, grill, fridge – all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils supplied. Sanitary area with toilet, shower and washbasin. Spacious open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room complete with gas heating and colour TV. Gas, electricity, TV/DVD Player and VAT are included in all quoted rates. Note! Pets & Dogs are most welcome onto the site but are not allowed into our 28ft/31ft/35ft or 38ft mobile homes but we have a special designated mobile home available for dogs.

To help you plan your holiday in our mobile homes, we have listed answers below to our most commonly asked questions.
Q. How do I reserve a mobile home?
A. Please check with site first for availability, bookings must be made in writing and accompanied by the requested deposit of EUR 250/STG £200 for each week of hire to confirm reservation. Please make cheque payable to the site you request – Glenross Caravan Park or our sister site Fleming’s White Bridge in Killarney. Full payment being the total week/weeks cost of the mobile home is payable in cash on arrival or by cheque eight weeks prior to arrival, your previous booking deposit of €250/STG£200 (for each week) is refunded to you after checking the mobile home on your date of departure.
Q. Does our booking deposit also act as a damage deposit during our stay?
A. Yes, that is correct, your booking deposit is retained during the duration of your stay. This will be refunded provided no damage has occurred to the mobile home or equipment during the rental period and your mobile home is left in a clean condition. Your mobile home will be checked before your departure.
Q. How many people can the mobile homes cater for?
A. The number of persons occupying a mobile home may not exceed 6 persons. All members of your party must be stated on the reservation form.
Q. What time can we arrive to check into the mobile homes?
A. Check in time is from 4.30pm onwards.
Q. What happens if we arrive later than 7pm on the first day of our stay?
A. If you expect to arrive later than 7pm, please let the park know so that we can make arrangements for you to collect your keys. If you do not collect your keys by 8am on the day after your holiday was due to start and you have not contacted us, we will treat your booking as cancelled.
Q. What time is checkout on the last day of our holiday?
A. Please vacate your accommodation by 10am on your day of departure to facilitate cleaning for next guests.
Q. What will I need to bring for my holiday?
A. Bedding: We provide 6 pillows, 1 double duvet and 2 single duvets, 2 blankets, you will need to bring bedlinen i.e.. Undersheets for 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Duvet covers for 1 double duvet and 2 single duvets. If you require a double duvet for the pullout double please bring same as blankets are provided for this bed. BED LINEN MUST BE USED. Home from Home: In each mobile home there is hot/cold water, fridge, cooker, grill, electricity, gas heating, shower, toilet and handbasin with colour TV/DVD Player. We provide cooking items, cutlery, crockery and electric kettle. All you will need to bring are washing up materials, t-towels, towels and toiletries.
Q. Are Dogs/Pets allowed on the site or in the mobile homes?
A. Well behaved dogs on a lead are most welcome onto the site in clients own accommodation. Dogs/pets are not allowed into our 28ft/35ft or 38ft mobile homes for hire. Dogs are allowed on site, they must always wear a collar and identity tag and be kept on a lead and under the control of a responsible adult at all times. There is a charge of €1.00 per pet per night. These funds are donated to Guide Dogs Ireland for the Blind.
Q. Can I hire a cot for my baby?
A. Yes, cots are available for hire but are subject to availability. Please remember to bring your own cot linen etc.
